  1. Spot on, If you did this from memory then kudos to you. This was an awesome movie in my opinion, dont care what others do or dont say because with movies its your own opinion that matters anyway.

There isnt 1 movie in history that everyone says is awesome or sucks.

You have your haters and lovers no matter what movie you are talking about. What sucks for me may be well worth your movie ticket and popcorn money. Me, my husband, son, sister and cousin saw it last night and it was well worth it.

    I would recommend this movie.

    **********SPOILERS BELOW**************
When it shows glimpses of the alien reeking havoc, its quite freaky and I usually dont jump at movies even though I am a female, but there were a few times I did and said Oh S****. But at the end the alien is sad and adorable. Me and my husband did grow up with Goonies, E.T. and Stand by Me. My sister is 18, my son is 12 and did not and we ALL enjoyed it very much so I dont think you have to have grown up in that time frame to enjoy this movie.

When I read it would be like an Alien Sc-Fi with Action, Comedy, Falling in Love, Sad stories and all that mixed up stuff rolled up in 1, I wasnt sure if that would work, but it DID for me and my family. Some people said they were upset about the Lens Flare at the end, I thought it really added to the endings sad-happy kind of moment.

It was sad because the alien was held here against its will all those years when all it wanted was to fix its ship and go home. It was also sad because the boy realized he didnt need to hold on to his moms necklace to hold onto her memory so he let the necklace go.

I have read reviews saying they didnt understand the connection with the alien and Joe, why when they looked at each other they connected to one another. Some reviews have said the movie didnt explain the connection so it didnt make sense. IF they would have been paying attention earlier in the movie Dr. Woodward said on the tape, when it touches you, you can fell its pain and you know it and it knows you or something like that.

I dont remember word for word, but basically when it touches you there is a connection with the both of you where it can read you and you can read it.

The alien had the boy in its grips at the end before they locked eyes so they were touching. Also Alice pointed out the same thing about her knowing what it wanted because they touched or something. Like I said I dont remember word for word but BOTH Dr. Woodward and Alice let the audience know when it touches you, you understand each other.

  2. Your review shows an alarming lack of intelligence. That is mostly based around the 5th grade writing level of the review. Although something can be said about you missing the entire point of the movie about the kid letting go of his moms death in order to make peace and move on. The idea that you think it was about him not needing his lockett anymore... I have no words for that kind of stupidity. I would even go one step further to say that you probably aren't even Dylan's mom rather you are Dylan in disguise.

  3. Hate on hater : Great job Eddie on the picture and Dylan's mom on the review. Don't let people hate on you for what you like.
